Imperial Russian Embassy

In appearance, the Embassy of Imperial Russia appears to be more of a prison bloc than a diplomatic embassy. Tall barbed wire fences surround the entire complex, with vigilant guards posted at various checkpoints. Posts are located at the North, East, and South sides of the embassy, each filled with ever watchful, and nearly omnipresent guards. These Cossak guards bristle with modern weaponry, and bear steely expressions, or gas masks upon their face. Security in the Russian Embassy is, needless to say, top priority.

Trees of dark green foliage cover small stretches of land, hiding the corners of the complex with their harsh beauty. And in the clearing is the main building. At the Main Entrance, two large columns stand at either side of the great entrance way. Draped over each column is a huge banner, each identical, and beaing the Romanov crest. The embassy's base is low to the ground, but then extends into a great brightly coloured Onion dome with a tall spire, which dominates the area. Atop this spire flies a massive flag of Imperial Russia, so large that spectators from great distances can recognize it.

Vyacheslav Molotov arrived in a spartan type car and stepped up to the checkpoint in the northern area. His face had a stony expression, and it was obvious that he would never have stepped foot onto this embassy's grounds, much less the bourgeois Imperialist who called the home of the Workers Revolution theirs.

"Hello, I am here to negotiate talks between the USSR and the diplomat of the Romanov Family."

He spat out these words, obviously looking uncomfortable and giving the guard an icy glare for actually supporting the bourgeois family that kept the people under their boots.

Tonoshira Cotohiko marched up the steps of the Imperial Russian Embassy, turned, and bowed to one of the guards. "I wish to speak to one of your Diplomats if one is available." He asked.

The Cossack guard smirked at Molotov’s glare, the Cossacks had been at the forefront in the battle against the Red Army.

''You can enter, but make no hostile moves the troopers inside shoot first any don’t bother asking questions later''

The Cossack chuckled then motioned for Molotov’s car the drive up the main embassy building.

To Liedan Aish:

The Cossack guard grunted.

‘’Huh if you’re here to seek an alliance you’re likely wasting your times we already have an alliance with Japan. Still you can proceed, Count Nevsky will see you''

Molotov coldly chuckled and as he passed by the guard, he gave an un-emotional smile.

"How do you expect me, a diplomat, to harm anything in the embassy guarded by such fine folk as yourselves?"

It was clearly sarcastic, and Molotov's window rolled up as they entered the embassy grounds.

Tonoshira nodded and then continued down the corridors to Count Nevsky's office.
He lightly knocked on the door "May I enter." He queried.

A handful of guards an embassy official were waiting for Molotov at the main entrance after a few brusque formalities Molotov was escorted to Count Nevsky’s plush offices.

To Liedan Aish

A querulous aristocratic voice is heard from within the office.

''Yes yes come in''

Molotov's face turned to one of steel and an unemotional expression. He walked into the office and stopped at the foot of a chair on the other side of the desk.

"Hello ambassador, I am Vyacheslav Molotov of the USSR. I am here to represent my nation in negotiations between the USSR and the Tsar."

''Oh really? What rapprochement could the Tsar have with those who tore Mother Russia asunder''

Nevsky raised an eyebrow questioningly.

''In anycase sit ye down, and speak what you have in mind''

To Liedan Aish

Count Nevsky stood to greet the Chinese ambassador, and then indicted a chair opposite his own.

''What would you like to discuss today?''

Molotov smiled coldly and gestured in a grand motion as he sat down.

"Yes, it is common knowledge that our two nations have fought and probably are still today, albeit in different methods not similar to war. I am here to try to talk the Tsar into forgetting the petty little squabble we have over Mother Russia for now and loom on other things such as aiding our allies in war, not grinding each other down that we are unable to help them or are as flimsy as a sapling blown away in a tornado, an American expression I might add. All the USSR is asking that we have an NAP between our two nations for now, since this would make sure that both of our nations sure that attack would not come from former brothers and sisters. Look at the Americans, how they squabble and fight where if they weren't so focused on destroying each other and focusing on affairs that don't involve war or a defense in war that they could be even better nations than they have shown themselves to be."

''Indeed that is true, but there are some outstanding issues''

Nevsky plucked up a newspaper from his desk the placed it before Molotov the headline story is the Soviet invasion of Kazakhstan.

''I should like to point out Kazakhstan is already a vassel of Imperial Russia and an area of great strategic importance to Russia. There is no way we could countenance a Soviet takeover there which would give you free access to Central Asia whilst fully cutting Russia off''

To Liedan Aish

''With the ending of hostilities in China and the withdrawal of Japan there are no diplomatic obstacles to signing such a treaties thought I should caution we will honour with Japan in the event of an attack upon them''

Nevsky reached for a small golden fountain pen sitting on his desktop.

''Do you have the documents?''

Nevsky quickly signed the documents then slid them back across his desk.

''Now that out of the way, was there anything else you wanted?''
