Was Dick Cheney a Persian mole?

Lets be honest Iran are the real winners of the Iraq war, so much so. Dick Cheney's DNA should be checked out by a reputable lab, because he has to be a Persian mole.

My theory is back in 1980 or something that they took a fiery young Revolutionary Guard from the slums of Tehran, dipped him in a vat of lye to get that pale, pasty skin, zapped his scalp for that bald CEO look, squirted a quart of cholesterol into his arteries so he'd develop classic American cardiac disease, and then parachuted him into the outskirts of some Wyoming town. And that's how your so-to-be former VP was born.

It took years for Cheney-ajad to get his American accent right, and work his way up the ladder. once he was VP he chewed his way into Bush Jr.'s head, but he made it like one of Khan's earwigs, got the USA to do the Ayatollahs' dirty work for them by taking out Iraq, their only rival for regional power. Iraq is destroyed, and Tehran hasn't lost a single soldier in the process. The US invasion put their natural allies, the Shia, in power; gave their natural enemies, the Iraqi Sunni, a blood-draining feud that will never end; and provided them with a risk-free laboratory to spy on American forces in action. If they feel like trying out a new weapon or tactic to deal with U.S. armor, all they have to do is feed the supplies or diagrams to one of their puppet Shia groups, or even one of the Sunni suicide-commando clans.

Like I said Cheney is a mole, all the screw ups for the past eight years werent just due to incompetence. it was all Cheney, the Khomeini-loving, anti-American mole pulling the strings trying to screw things up. :o

Think it couldnt happen eh? Well thats because you underestimate the Persians, there’re a smart sneaky people who’ve been in the empire game for millennia just ask TFE. ;)

But if that's the case, what will their strategy be now that the mole is out of power? :o

They take their foot off the gas a little, and let Obama pull US troops out of Iraq the violence there hasn’t gone down because '‘the surge is working'’ it’s because the Iraqi’s see the US army as transitory force not permanent so there’s little sense in them wasting time fighting you guys. When they’ve still got a big civil war of their own to fight.

When US troops pull out Iraq will go off like a hand grenade, Iran will continue to fund militias that are Pro-Shia/Pro-Iran. Cheney wont be VP but he can still cause Mischief in the background he’s good at that. (unless he gets caught speaking Fārsi in public)

Obama has raised hopes to such levels that if they get dashed it could really screw up US politics paving the way for a Palin run at the White House yeah she may have embarrassed herself a few times, but the media are fickle and four years is a long time in politics.

The US still has Pakistan and Afghanistan to deal with, so Iran can sit pretty watch developments, build a working nuke, and manipulate events in Lebanon & Iraq as they see fit. There’re now the biggest Middle-Eastern power Saudi Arabia is rich but chronically unstable, Israel has constant trouble with Gaza/West-Bank & Lebanon to deal with. Syria is a joke. Afghanistan is also another quagmire they can manipulate in their favor by sending a little weaponery & money to militias/terrorists.

So in summery they dont have to change much of what they're doing Iran is playing for the long term. No need to rush their mole has things set nicely for them for about another decade. :beard:

Praise Allah for Cheney. :giggity:

Yeah, but you don't consider a repressive government with generations of young people getting disgruntled and the yearning for democracy and reform underneath the old revolutionary structure just as unstable as Saudi Arabia? In fact, looking at Iran during the 20th Century one could call them just as chronically unstable as Saudi Arabia.
So I say the longterm game never looks good for countries like Iran, especially if the reforming wave ready to burst out from the people happens, slowly or suddenly it seems inevitable.

I certainly think the current structure of the Iranian government will shift over time, but I don’t see a drastic collapse taking place young people may be disgruntled but not revolutionary. The current form at least has a degree of support from the population particularly the rural areas, and more devout sections of society.

I wast mostly referring to the geopolitical status of Iran not it’s internal politics. I don’t see major changes there, taking place, the USA wont cease competition with Iran in the Middle-East even if it became fully democratic. Thougth the sabre-rattling rhetoric on both sides would be toned down. Even then democracy can turn to authoritarianism pretty quickly look at Russia and the former Soviet states. :(

Saudi Arabia parallels Iran a little, but I think things there are much more dangerously unstable than just Iran’s widespread disaffection. The House of Saudi has never been popular and is gotten increasingly less so after Gulf War mk1. I’m pretty surprised they’ve lasted this long. Wahhabism is rampant within Saudi Arabia, and it’s population has exploded there’s a serious rise in unemployment, foreigners everywhere and fanatical Wahhabism is rampant that’s very explosive mix. If the House of Saudi falls it’ll be very quick and bloody, I'd bet the CIA is working overtime to keep them propped up, but it cant last things could unravel at pretty much any time all it could take is one riot. :o

Hmm (Imagines the next Middle Eastern step into total disorder)

Step 1. US pulls out of Iraq and Affganahstan(Sorry word very hard to spell :P)

Step 2. Saudi Arabia Collapses

Step 3. Iran turns to absorbing Iraq using terrorists.

Step 4. US gets Pissed, but it can't do much.

Step 5. Isreal announces full on war against Lebanon and Pakistan.

Step 6. Iran Announces having nukes (Oh Fuck)

Step 7. Iran aids Pakistan in a defencive war against isreal.

Step 8. US STRIKES BACK!

Step 9. World War III Yippie :P

I think we’re getting more deeply involved in Afghanistan it’s even more fucked up than Iraq, those pashtun tribes we’re fighting over there are just crazy, they wont make peace because they're tough and they like to fight.

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad on Thursday congratulated Obama on his election win in a letter, — the first time an Iranian leader has offered such wishes to a U.S. president-elect since the 1979 Islamic Revolution. The Iranian leader also said he hopes Obama will "use the opportunity to serve the (American) people and leave a good name for history" during his term in office.

Woah. :o

Though I'm not that surprised, I remember during the Iranian Hostage Crisis they released all women and African Americans. :colbert:

Obama is obviously the new Iranian mole.

It's reverse psychology see, he has the name and the origins of a terrorist but he is so blatantly put out to the American people that they end up thinking "He can't be a terrorist, he's running for public office and seems like a respectable black man."
