In appearance, the Embassy of the Russian Socialist Republic appears to be more of a prison bloc than a diplomatic embassy. Tall barbed wire fences surround the entire complex, with vigilant guards posted at various checkpoints. Posts are located at the North, East, and South sides of the embassy, each filled with ever watchful, and nearly omnipresent guards. These SPETSNAZ guards bristle with modern weaponry, and bear steely expressions, or gas masks upon their face. Security in the Russian Embassy is, needless to say, top priority. Trees of dark green foliage cover small stretches of land, hiding the corners of the complex with their harsh beauty. And in the clearing is the main building. At the Main Entrance, two large columns stand at either side of the great entrance way. Draped over each column is a huge banner, each identical, with a deep red covering the entirety of the flag, with the exception of a golden Sickle and Hammer on the upper left corner. Its base is low to the ground, but then extends into a great spire, which dominates the area. Atop this tower flies a massive flag of the Russian Socialist Republic, so large that spectators from great distances can recognize it. On the first floor of the complex lies the Ambassadorial office of Viktor Kazulin who, despite his reputation of being an intellectual, claims to have a horrible sense of direction, and thus wanted an easy to find office. Closer to the entrance is Boris Antohi, whose office is conveniently placed, simply because he is lazy. At the mid point in the building is the workplace of Leonid Gagaran. Higher in the building lays the office of Ambassador Kremer, who enjoys the psychological effect which stair climbing can have upon Ambassadors of, less favored nations. Spoiler: click to toggle |

A standard looking black car of foreign design reaches it's destination of the Russian Embassy. Three gentlemen emerge from the car: 2 wearing black, 3 button suits (one wearing a red silk shirt underneath, the other a more normal looking beige-white), the other wearing long black robes that scream out the religious importance of this figure. The gentlemen in the white hands a briefcase to the other, leans in close to whisper something, and then retreats back into the car. The man in the suit then kneels down before the man in the robes, who audibly (in fact, probably more audibly than necessary) says... Priest Shymbaliov: May your mission bring honor and glory to the Supreme Lord! As the other man stands up, he bows deeply. Petras Ugne: Honor and glory. The priest seems skeptical of the man for some reason, but he makes a gesture indicating that the exchange is over, and the man in the suit strolls towards the embassy entryway. The priest gets back into the car, and pulls off to park someplace. Mr Ugne approaches the embassy and, not having been here before, kindly asks someone passing by for directions. Petras Ugne: Excuse me, good sir, but could you kindly direct me to the Ambassador's office? |

With both Ambassadors' identities verified, they were both escorted to a Russian Diplomatic Representative. Petras was escorted to Boris' office, and the Representative of the FATF was brought to Viktor Kazulin's office. |

Hello Mr Kazulin my name is Farek Illinos. I come from my people to offer a free trade pact and a non agression pact. In the past your mighty nation as helped us a lot especially in the various Arab-Jewish wars, we were wondering if you could offer us some equipment and in return we will do something for you |

A rather direct one I suppose. Viktor thought without portraying emotion. "Ah, yes well greetings Comrade. I can assure that the nation of Russia shall agree to a Non-Aggression Pact, and a Free Trade Agreement." he stated casually. Kazulin then paused for a moment, thinking of how to articulate his thoughts. "Now, as I am sure you are aware, Mr. Farek Illinos, Russia is run by a Trotskyist government now. Our policies differ greatly from our Soviet predecessors, as Russia bears no grudge over the Israelite peoples to date. And indeed, Premier Sakharov is wary of providing military support for Non-Socialist nations. What is it that you want, specifically?" Viktor continued, his tone and expressions unreadable. |

We wish not to take on the Israeli people as this would destroy what we are trying to achieve, we want peace with Israel but a united Arab peninsular. So that valuable resources aren't in the hands of despotic dictators who humiliate their people. 300 Tanks and 30 Bombers would secure Arab friendship and any backing in a war you would need help in. |

"The R.S.R. is wary of expansionism, and is not interesting in giving out military handouts to regimes which it is not familiar with. If you are willing to wait, and demonstrate your good intentions, I would be willing to present such a proposal. But I cannot sanction such a thing as of now." Kazulin replied monotonously. |

"We are. I am afraid, however, that my government shall sponsor no such handing out of equipment unless it is sure that they shall not be utilized for imperialistic ends." Viktor articulated. |

Ugne followed his escort in silence. This, unlike most of his diplomatic meetings lately, was an exceptionally important meeting that he hoped would lead to a massive breakthrough in policy. The escort showed him into a room, and Ugne greeted the Ambassador. Petras Ugne: A most pleasant day to you, good sir. |

Another one? I am overworked. Boris thought to himself, and finally rising from his seat said, "And to you as well. What is it that I can do for you today?" |

Ugne can see the fatigue on this man's face, and for a moment thinks about whether his business can wait. He decides, however, that now is still the right time to move forward. He seats himself across from the Ambassador, and opens up a briefcase and withdraws a standard folder from it. He opens the folder and gives it a quick look over before speaking. Petras Ugne: Sir, I come to you today on a mission directly from His Holiness the Supreme Lord himself. As you may or may not be aware, His Holiness generally allows his highest ranking ministers to carry out their work on their own, so him having a special request signifies that this matter is of the highest of importance. I believe some high level talks may have already occured, but this face to face meeting I believe will yield better results for all. Ugne takes a deep breath, and slowly exhales. Petras Ugne: Ambassador, I am sure you have heard by now about the AFWK's plans for an ultra high speed electric rail system throughout our joint territories. Well, those plans are precisely the reason that I am coming to you today. |

"Once more, we would like the project to bring benefit to Moscow, should we sponsor this project. Have you any ideas, specifically?" Boris asked politely. |
