In appearance, the Embassy of the Russian Socialist Republic appears to be more of a prison bloc than a diplomatic embassy. Tall barbed wire fences surround the entire complex, with vigilant guards posted at various checkpoints. Posts are located at the North, East, and South sides of the embassy, each filled with ever watchful, and nearly omnipresent guards. These SPETSNAZ guards bristle with modern weaponry, and bear steely expressions, or gas masks upon their face. Security in the Russian Embassy is, needless to say, top priority. Trees of dark green foliage cover small stretches of land, hiding the corners of the complex with their harsh beauty. And in the clearing is the main building. At the Main Entrance, two large columns stand at either side of the great entrance way. Draped over each column is a huge banner, each identical, with a deep red covering the entirety of the flag, with the exception of a golden Sickle and Hammer on the upper left corner. Its base is low to the ground, but then extends into a great spire, which dominates the area. Atop this tower flies a massive flag of the Russian Socialist Republic, so large that spectators from great distances can recognize it. On the first floor of the complex lies the Ambassadorial office of Viktor Kazulin who, despite his reputation of being an intellectual, claims to have a horrible sense of direction, and thus wanted an easy to find office. Closer to the entrance is Boris Antohi, whose office is conveniently placed, simply because he is lazy. At the mid point in the building is the workplace of Leonid Gagaran. Higher in the building lays the office of Ambassador Kremer, who enjoys the psychological effect which stair climbing can have upon Ambassadors of, less favored nations. Spoiler: click to toggle |

The Russian guard shook his head and said simply "No." He then began to walk at a leisurely pace towards the Embassy, and waved for the Ambassador to follow his lead. |

As the pair entered through the massive main entrance, with great red Soviet Banners hanging on either side, the armored guard casually added "I am taking you to Ambassador Boris Antohi's office." Almost as soon as he said this, they arrived at the doorway to the office, and the guard signaled the Ambassador in. |

Boris was leaning back in his massive chair as the Ambassador of New Steinland entered his office. Upon realizing this, he quickly sat up, and the bulbous adjusted himself. "Ah greetings Ambassador, what is it that you wish to discuss?" he asked in a cheery tone, slapping his meaty hands together. |

"Good day Ambassador Antohi. It is a pleasure to meet you." said Ambassador Ellis. Oustreching his hand as a kind gesture, Ambassador Antohi took it and mutually shook. "I am here today to discuss the future of our two glorious nations. The Allied States of New Steinland's intelligence agency has been researching and researching and they have concluded that you would be one of the most important allies we could secure. They have informed me that we have similar ambitions both militarily and technologically, and we wish to tie the knot with The Russian Socialist Republic and work together in both of these endeavors. We wish to discuss a possible alliance and possible collaborative efforts in researching highly classified technologies. We also wish to discuss possible collaborative efforts to further develop our militaristic equipment." The Stein Ambassador sits relaxed in his chair awaiting a response from the Russian Ambassador |

Boris looked up, and squinted his eyes, looking as though he were in deep thought. His large fingers began to drum upon the desk, as they always did. He was very thrown by the whole situation. Finally he cracked his knuckles and looked back at the Diplomat. "I must say, this is a very perplexing situation, sir. I did not expect this. I am sure you are aware that our government has been criticized by the West, though for preposterous reasons. We had assumed that New Steinland would fall under Western influences, but I suppose this is not so. Now, I assure you, I am very well aware of the strength of New Steinland, and recognize it as a strong potential ally. But should the R.S.R. agree to an alliance, an a tech sharing agreement, we would require a Non-Aggression Pact as well. In addition, tech sharing would be limited to your nation, and your nation alone. Should The R.S.R. provide you with technologies, you could not give them to other nations, as we fear that it would ruin our Nation's technological advantage." Boris replied slowly. |

"While we do value Western ideals, this does not hamper New Steinland's ability to honor and respect every nations diplomatic choices. New Steinland is open to all partnerships and alliances and perfectly non biased in all discussion involving foreign affairs. Your requirements for alliance and tech sharing are deemed bot good and fair in my personal opinion. We would most certainly sign a non-agression pact; stating that Stein and the Russian swords would never clash in bloody battle. We believe that this may be the start of a beautiful friendship. We wish to discuss the research and development of Nuclear Fission and Assembly, and also develop an intricate and well designed missile defense system. In addition we would also like to think about researching better tanks, armored humvees for ground troop transportation, and stealth missile submarines and stealth missile aircrafts. We have several ideas but we must further deliberate between our two nations what would be the most time and cost efficient. Hopefully we can create all the success in the world for these two great nations!" |

Kim shook his head. ''No my most pressing business is complete, though we could perhaps discuss a tech-sharing agreement in the future once the DPRK’s scientists have finished researching improvements to IT and agricultural produce'' Kim rose then extended his hand to his R.S.R counterpart. |

The Democratic People's Republic of North Korea: "Very well then. Good day to you Ambassador." Viktor said and shook the NK diplomat's hand. The Allied States of New Steinland: Boris arouse from his seat, and replied to the Ambassador, "Right then. I suppose that the Russian Socialist Republic agrees to the terms of the Technology agreement. So long as the techs remain in the Possession of New Steinland, and are not traded to unapproved states, there is no threat to our technological dominance. With regards to the technological systems that you seek, R.S.R. and Ireland have already begun the co-production of a highly advanced tank model, and thus we can spare no effort for other military research until that project has been completed. However, we look forward to working with New Steinland and The United Republic of Ireland in these technological ventures of the future." He looked up, distractedly, and then glanced back to the ambassador and added seriously "We agree to the alliance. However, take note that our distance from New Steinland forbids us from allocating large numbers of troops to aide New Steinland in their military endeavors, at least for now." |

"of course ambassador. Your shear distance alone is a feat none the less that should not be challenged by the movement of large troop brigades. The same would go for New Steinland to you. Regading the tecnological pact. I propose we as a team begin the researd of Nuclear Fission and Assembly. Note, this is *EXTREMELY confidential and should not be shared with anyone. Not even your closest ally. This is a top secret project that will enable us to hold military dominance over any world power. I also propose that we develop a Missile Defense System to safeguard our research. In addition to protecting ourselves, we can sell protection rights to surrounding countries and make a heft profit whether it be donation of troops, vehicles, sea vessels, or airplanes. In regards to the tank that you and Ireland are developing. If it is cleared with both your government and the Irish government, New Steinland would be more than glad to aid in your research and development, and actually implement it in test runs in our ongoing effort against the corrupt Moroccan regime. If that is out of the question, I most certainly understand. I look forward to many years of friendship and collaboration, and to securing our spot in the worlds elite!" The Ambassador outstretches his hand to the Russian Ambassador, and shakes with a strong grip in resemblance to their strong new relationship. |

Boris shook the Ambassador's hand. But continued on gravely. "Yes, yes. The same goes for me. I am sure that you will be a very productive participant in our Joint Research program. I assure you comrade, Russia is a truly formidable ally. And should you prove yourself to be a strong partner, you will be supported by one of the most advanced military powers of this world. But, by the same token, should you prove disloyal, dire consequences shall be the result." "But enough of this grim talk. Is there anything else I can help you with?" he added on a more cheery note. |

"As we both know, both of our nations are currently researching different technologies, so it is impossible for New Steinland to join in on the production at this point in time. We shall consider, however, providing New Steinland access to this technology once it has been produced." Boris replied. |
