In appearance, the Embassy of the Russian Socialist Republic appears to be more of a prison bloc than a diplomatic embassy. Tall barbed wire fences surround the entire complex, with vigilant guards posted at various checkpoints. Posts are located at the North, East, and South sides of the embassy, each filled with ever watchful, and nearly omnipresent guards. These SPETSNAZ guards bristle with modern weaponry, and bear steely expressions, or gas masks upon their face. Security in the Russian Embassy is, needless to say, top priority. Trees of dark green foliage cover small stretches of land, hiding the corners of the complex with their harsh beauty. And in the clearing is the main building. At the Main Entrance, two large columns stand at either side of the great entrance way. Draped over each column is a huge banner, each identical, with a deep red covering the entirety of the flag, with the exception of a golden Sickle and Hammer on the upper left corner. Its base is low to the ground, but then extends into a great spire, which dominates the area. Atop this tower flies a massive flag of the Russian Socialist Republic, so large that spectators from great distances can recognize it. On the first floor of the complex lies the Ambassadorial office of Viktor Kazulin who, despite his reputation of being an intellectual, claims to have a horrible sense of direction, and thus wanted an easy to find office. Closer to the entrance is Boris Antohi, whose office is conveniently placed, simply because he is lazy. At the mid point in the building is the workplace of Leonid Gagaran. Higher in the building lays the office of Ambassador Kremer, who enjoys the psychological effect which stair climbing can have upon Ambassadors of, less favored nations. Spoiler: click to toggle |

A jet black luxury car pulled up to the embassy. A lean, tall man stepped out and walked up to the embassy complex, itself. Giving his credentials to the guard, he spoke in a southern drawl. "Why hello there. I'm here to represent the CS and John Bays in talks between our two esteemed nations." |

North Korea: The stony faced guard gave a quick nod to the NK ambassador and replied "Very well, comrade. I shall see to it that you meet with an available ambassador as quickly as possible." The pale guard then turned towards the complex, and waved for the ambassador to follow. The Confederate States of America: A masked guard observed the credentials, and seeing no flaws in them said "Very well then sir, if you follow me, I will take you to one of our ambassadors, Leonid Gagaran." The guard then began to walk briskly down the hall. |

''Excellent my business here is of great importance for the future of the socialist revolution in Asia'' Kim followed the guard into the embassy pauseing briefly to look at the tall spire, similar to a monument in Pyongyang. |

As they entered the building, the pale guard muttered to Kim, "I shall take you to Ambassador Viktor Kazulin. He is quite the respectable diplomat, and I believe he is available at the moment." Having walked up a few flights of stairs, and through a few hallways, the guard finally came to a stop before the door, and motioned the North Korean ambassador inside. |

The dark haired Kazulin sat silently in his desk, casually filling out paperwork until he had noticed the door to his office open. His dark brown eyes gazed up, and he greeted the newly arrived ambassador. "Ah greetings Ambassador Gye Gwan. Please, have a seat." He swiftly adjusted his tie, and put his reading glasses away as well. The professional Viktor seemed to be the anti-thesis of his counterpart Georgi. "What would you like to discuss, ambassador? I personally would be interested in seeing a stronger tie to our Socialist brethren in the East." he said calmly. |

Kim decided to come straight to the point of his vist. ''I am here to discuss the probability of increased trade links with Russia, the DPRK also seeks a military alliance. This would benefit us both and make any enemy think twice before attacking us, we can discuss the practical details of such an alliance if you wish'' |

"Indeed, that would be suitable for the RSR's needs. We agree to both the Free Trade Agreement and the Military Alliance. And, with regards to this alliance, Moscow would smile upon the creation of an international Vanguard organization, with the aim of aiding all of our socialist brothers." Viktor replied. |

''A vanguard organization is most agreeable the DPRK, and to the more practical details of our alliance the DPRK military is willing to assist Russia in re-taking Siberia'' Kim's expression became conspiratorial. ''All the DPRK asks in return is a few of Siberia's far eastern provinces on the pacific coast, these are rather sparsely populated and although they contain some good mineral resources they would not be a great loss to Russia especially since you will save much terms blood and treasure with our help. You can then turn your forces on more valuable Soviet republics such as Ukraine and bring back into Moscow’s orbit, in the full knowledge your eastern frontier is secure.'' (OOC: This the Russian Far-East I'm talking about. )

Viktor took on a hushed voice and replied, "You and I both know that the Eastern portion of Siberia is of great value, as its proximity to the Sea of Okhotsk grants access to oil reserves, and contains harbors essential to our access to the East." "However, we seek to benefit our North Korean allies, and shall support NK occupation of the region, so long as we are granted free access to the eastern ports. Should you seek support in Oil extraction operations, the R.S.R. would be happy to comply. We will see to the advancement of our brethren, so long as they agree to the same terms." |

''Indeed, the DPRK will give the R.S.R full access to the eastern ports, and would be hopy to join in co-operative ventures to extract recourses from the untapped areas in the Far-East and Artic Circle. We should also work prevent imperialist nations from claiming these area's first'' Kim drew a deep breath before continuing. ''The DPRK would ask the R.S.R to fogo attacking Sibera for the time-being. Due to events in China the DPRK may not be able to deploy forces for an attack on Siberia at this time. However this should give more time to bulid up your forces, after all Ukraine and some of the other former Soviet Republic's are not friendly toward Russia having spare troops to defend against them would also be a great boon to you’’ |

The Democratic People's Republic of North Korea: "Yes , Ambassador, I believe this would be ideal as well. Now, unless you have anything else that you wish to discuss, I believe our business is done here." Viktor replied. The Allied States of New Steinland: A grim faced guard walked up to the car and with an outstretched palm, said in a heavy Slavic accent "Let me see identification first." |
