The Embassy of the United States is a rather spartan affair, just a small office building, although the electric fence and U.S. Marines that guard it do tend to dispel any illusions about the normality of the place. Inside, the decor is typical of office buildings, which is to say, not much. Ambassador Proctor's office is in the heart of the building. |

"California seeks to form an alliance with both the United States and the Confederacy on the hopes of preserving some of the rational democratic governments in North America. We are interested in making sure the problem in Cuba does not come to a continental war, and we are further interested in making sure the Demokratikos regime in the Pacific Northwest is extinguished before it can threaten any more innocent people. To this end, we seek a Non-Aggression Pact, Free Trade Agreement, and potentially a Mutual Defense Agreement with your nation." ooc - please shoot me a PM regarding Demokratikos when you read this |

"We agree with you on all counts. I can sign the FTA and NAP now, but the senate will have to ratify an MDP. I will give my recomendations to such an agreement to the senate however." |

A motorcade of cars pulled up flying the flag of FATF (Free arab technological frontier) and outstepped the Diplomat Hugh Falge who strode with intent towards the embassy building seeking to speak with the Foreign minister |

Proctor enters the main room. I apologize for my lateness. What is it the USA can do for the FATF? |

Well we apologise for any disruption in oil recieving our little escapade did. We would like to cement links in the Middle East. My Government offers a Free Trade Agreement to further our economies and a Non Aggression Pact. We also wonder we could cement links even further via a Mutual Defence Pact which could guarentee oil flowing to your nation and Arab military support in any battle you see fit. You don't have to help us on any conflict we may take but we will help you! I am in talks with the Egyptian and we could secure an Arab-American defence pact for the Middle East. Our Ultimate Goal is to unite the Arab Peninsular but we will not go any further than that. Another possible idea my people have put forward is a Technology sharing agreement our neww assault rifles could greatly increase your troops capability. Anyway what do you say |

"We agree to the FTA and NAP, and I will speak with the Brazilian Ambassador about allowing you into the AFA. At this point, I will have to speak with the Senate about the MDP." "What would you like in return for the Assault Rifles?" (OOC: I'm thinking about the MDP) |
