The Embassy of the United States is a rather spartan affair, just a small office building, although the electric fence and U.S. Marines that guard it do tend to dispel any illusions about the normality of the place. Inside, the decor is typical of office buildings, which is to say, not much. Ambassador Proctor's office is in the heart of the building. |

DPRK Ambassador Kim Gye Gwan picked up his desk-phone, and dialled the number of the US Embassy and waited patently for a reply. |

A Mercedes pulls up to the US embassy. A woman rolls down the window cordially requesting a sit down with the American ambassador. She declares that she is Rebecca Waxman, Sir Steven Ellis' trusted diplomat. She informs the guard that he was unable to make this meeting and has entrusted her with his duties. |

The Marines let her through, but she gets stopped by Ambassador Proctor's secretary. "I'm sorry Miss Waxman, but standing orders from the Secretary of state say that U.S. Diplomats are not to meet with New Stienland ambassadors as long as their country is continuing aggressive actions against Morroco." |

In response to the guards accusations Diplomat Waxman responds: "If you will read further into the Stein report, (OOC: see second post by me) you will see all of the fallacies that Morocco has tried using to discredit our original report that the government was corrupt. We detailed the extent of the corruption in the Moroccan parliament leading all the way up to the Prime Minister and the King himself. We perfectly understand your precautionary and politically correct measures of not seeing us at this time. However, we urge the Secretary of State and the Ambassador to read the new report and further research the topic on his own if he so pleases. I will be in town for another few days staying at the hotel down the street. If they realizes that we are in fact liberating these people of a corrupt regime that does not better the lives of their own citizens, and that we are a fellow democracy only trying to bring freedom to these forsaken people, please let us know and we will gladly come and meet with Ambassador Proctor. Thank you very much. Here is my card with all of my information." She gets back into the car and it slowly drives away down the street to the hotel. |

A sleek black limousine pulls up in front of the of the spartan and austere United States Embassy, flying the hypermodern flag of Brazil. Out steps a finely groomed young man in a white airy suit, and he marches forward to guards at the gate. With a pleasant and disarming smile on his face, he says "I am Ambassador Nascimento of the New Union of Brazil here to call upon Ambassador Proctor." |

~Samuri Imperium~ The Guards check his papers and let the ambassador through to the front office. ~Brazil~ After checking his papers, the guards let him through to the front office. OOC: You'll both have to check with the secretary. Whoever responds first gets to talk first. Edited by General Damastes, Oct 21 2008, 03:55 PM.
