This man, even though he appears fat and lazy, is actually the quartermaster of the base camp. Rumors have it that the quartermaster is not a particularly pleasant man to deal with. People say that he often flies into rages and end up smashing or two precious cargo. Despite this, the quartermaster works strenuously to keep his stock most up to date. As you enter into the bay, the quartermaster states, "What you need, boy? I don't have all day, you know."
