Holy shit! Posts: 3,369 Group: Coloholics Veteran Member #1,273 Joined: December 15, 2007	Toby searched through the books and found one on wind alchemy, he sat down and studied for a moment before writing down a circle on a piece of paper. Looking around, he picked up a pen and pulled out the injection needle he had picked up at the docters office (without them knowing of course), and went into the bathroom... Once in front of the mirror, Toby removed his hood and turned his head to the side before putting some ink into the needle and filled it with ink. He then pressed on the piece of the paper and put his hand on his neck, Good, it works. After he was done with this he began tatooing the circle onto his neck with the needle. Luckily HE taught me to do this... When he was finished he put his hood back up and exited the bathroom, then the library. He was headed to Central, he didn't know why, that just seemed like the best option at the moment.
