So it did happen... He opened his mouth to speak, but no sound came out. A docter walked into the room and saw him, Now now, don't push yourself to hard. Your vocal cords were ripped out, probably by a wild animal, you won't be able to speak. Toby's eyes widened and he made a motion for a pen and paper. When the docter brought it to him, he began scribbling on it, then showed it to the docter. Is there a library in this town? The docter nodded. Toby then wrote, Are there any books on alchemy? The docter nodded, confused, ignoring this, Toby scribbled on his paper, When can I leave? The docter opened his mouth, Any time you like, but... Toby stood up and wrote, How much for the treatment? I...it's already been paid. Toby frowned, By who? The...the man who brought you in sir, but I must suggest that you stay for a while longer, you... Toby was already out the door, headed to the library.
