Several captain meetings had been held here however this was the first time that the hall would be filled with every Captain, Lieutenant and Seated officer of the divisions. He knew that the 4th, 5th and 11th Captains would not be here and the 10th captain may also be absent, but he found no matter. He required as many Captains, Lieutenants, and seated shinigami to report so as to organize the defense of both the Seireitei, and Karakura Town.
