Name: Benitatsu Alias: Helios Shinja (This was his name as a Bount) Age: No one knows; even he himself lost count years ago. He was among the oldest of the Hollows before he became an Arrancar. Visual Age: Gender: Male Race: Arrancar Rank: Uno Exequia Birthdate: Unknown Birthplace: Unknown Current Residence: Las Noches Description: Benitatsu has is able to transform into a “Bestial form", the form he used as a Hollow. He appears as a Hollow covered in a scale-like body armor that looks a lot like thick dried blood, but is much stronger. His facial features and limbs are very dragonlike, hence his name. His feet and hands are monstrous claws. From his tailbone extends a 6’0” long slender tail with a thick, spearlike tip. This wraps around his waist like a belt when not in use. His mask, which is whole and removable in this form, looks like a hockey mask stained with blood. In this beastly form, Benitatsu wears only a loincloth. In humanoid form, he appears as a tall dark-skinned man. He stands at 6’2” and weighs roughly 180 lbs of pure muscle. His eyes are as black as deep space. He dons a bulletproof vest, which is partially covered by a long black leather trenchcoat that is left open. On his face, his broken mask appears as a pair of white wraparound shades that even have a thin layer of mask forming the mirrored lenses (Overall, he looks very much like Wesley Snipes in any of the Blade movies). The sunglasses make it hard to know what he is thinking at any given time, as well as the slightly creepy appearance of him never appearing to blink. Under his white, mirrored shades, his eyes remain absolutely pitch-black, and his immaculately well-kept nails can still lengthen into razor-sharp claws at his command. Underneath the black trench coat and bulletproof vest, his skin is covered in tribal-like tattoos. These serve a dual purpose: they look cool and they hide the numerous scars on his back from years of abuse as a child. Personality: Benitatsu is one sadistic individual. Perhaps his evil disposition stems from his childhood; perhaps from his life as a "thug", a "gangster", and a "hustler." Who can say? The answer: only him. Like all other Hollows, he can draw strength and nourishment from the souls of the dearly departed. However, he enjoys torturing the souls…a lot. He appears in his humanoid form and convinces them that he is their guide to the afterlife. He then takes them to Hueco Mundo and transforms into his bestial form. Then it’s time to perform cruel “experiments”. He enjoys this so much that, rather than feeding upon them, he simply tortures them and leaves them for dead in the desert. as I said, he is one sadistic individual. If they beg for death, he leaves them to die slowly. If they face him with courage, he kills them slowly himself. That’s the kind of sick mind that he has; as I said, he is one sadistic individual. In life, he was diagnosed as being bipolar. This has carried on to the Afterlife. One day he will drink with you, the next he will drink your blood. As for his habits, he rarely talks. This makes him seem dumb and simple. In reality, his mind is a convoluted lair of plans and plots that slither around inside him like a mass of snakes. He puts on an act that makes him look like a “big, dumb brute” so that no one suspects his true nature. History: When it is said that Benitatsu is among the oldest of the Hollows, it is meant collectively. If one where to speak of his years as a Hollow only, it would be a much shorter, though still respectable, span of time. During his life, he was a Bount who, for the last hundred years or so before becoming a Hollow, lived in New York. He was among the greatest hustlers in the streets of Harlem; the Hollows of the living. Before that, the records are lost and the only person who could shine some light on the subject is Benitatsu. And, as it happens, he delights in not talking. He worked part-time in a bar called Small’s Paradise; it was owned and worked solely by Bount. Every night, some poor soul might come in for a drink, become thoroughly inebriated, and become the next Bount meal. It was here that Benitatsu, then known as “Red”, was taught how to prey on those weaker than himself in this new world of technology; both mundanely and as a Bount. He eventually became a Blood and, after a few years as a Warlord among the gang, was killed in gang warfare. Not that he hadn’t deserved it, of course. He was sleeping with the girlfriend of the leader of that particular set of Crips. When it was found out, both gangs turned on him. Of course, he died mad as hell… His anger turned him into a Hollow almost instantaneously. He became a Hollow naturally, not through being consumed or turned. He was already very well suited for the job. All he could think of was revenge. So, quickly learning the ropes of his newfound existence, he saw to it that each and every member of those gangs died. Violently. As each died, he consumed their souls to strengthen himself. Harlem was in an uproar. For once, people felt relatively safe when they stepped outside their door. But there were those who thought justice was for all, even gang members. They began to search for the killer. Feeling a very humanlike tingle of fear crawl up and down his spine (not literally, of course), he decided it was time to bid Harlem a less-than-fond farewell. He made his way to Japan. At this time in his afterlife, his power was at its peak. And then it all went horribly wrong. He found a small island of the coast of Japan known as Beloray. There was a fairly wealthy man living there as governor. It was him, his family, and a small colony of settlers. Benitatsu began to pick off settlers one by one. The settlers ran to their Medicine Man/Shaman. Benitatsu didn’t fear the Advent Human. But, in a fluke, just as Benitatsu was about to land the killing blow, there was a…distraction. It came in the form of a newly departed soul flinging itself at him. And like that, the Advent killed him…kind of. It was a clone. The clone was destroyed, while Benitatsu got away, thoroughly weakened. Since then, he has been gaining strength. And now he’s mad as hell… When some poor Shinigami stumbled into Hueco Mundo, Benitatsu was the first to arrive on the scene. He quickly devoured the man, Shihakusho and all. It gave him indigestion so bad that he passed out. When he came to his senses, he found that (to his horror) he looked like a human. He quickly discovered that he could change back into his Hollow form, and did so. He preferred it infinitely over the more human, “weaker” form. And then he discovered the powers: an exponentially faster Cero, Iron Skin the color of dried blood, the ability to move faster than the eye can follow and be announced only by a small, static-like sound. He could get used to this. Zanpakutou Zanpakutou Name: Oni Sealed Form: In his "Humanoid" Form, it is a Rolex watch. In his "Bestial" Form, it is a Gauntlet whose fingers end in wicked claws. In either form, there is an orb which changes color depending on his mood (in watch form, it is where the lens and time-telling part would be; in gauntlet form, it is simply on the back.) Resurrección Resurrección Phrase: "Release the Beast!" Resurrección Form Appearance: Benitatsu gains a pair of large, golden, dragonlike wings. These can be used to fly as well as whip up winds that can cause extreme damage. Resurrección Form Abilities: Benitatsu gains the ability to breathe clouds of poison which affects anything that breathes (besides him). This has the power to paralyze weak or equal opponents in its weak stage and cause opponents who are stronger than him to move much slower. In the stronger strain of gas, it can cause damage to the inside of their bodies and will paralyze most opponents (For instance, in weak stage, Rukia or someone like that might be paralyzed, Ichigo would move much more slowly, and Byakuya might slow down a little bit, but not much. In strong stage, Ichigo Ichigo or someone like that might be paralyzed, Byakuya would move more slowly, and Urahara might slow down, but not too much. All this is assuming i've gauged their power correctly...) Benitatsu can also form small reiatsu bombs which can explode and cause severe damage when he apply his spiritual pressure (like a remote-detonated grenade). Finally, he can transform his arms into thick snakes which can stretch long distances (think Orochimaru VS. Anko in the Forest of Death). These snakes carry a vemon which is similar to his poison-gas in its strong strain. Hollow Powers: Bala Cero Sonido Pesquisa Divido: The ability to make clones of yourself which can shapeshift into the form of another and disappears when destroyed. These look exactly like the person they are modeled after; only someone who is very close to that person would notice the difference. Benihierro: This refers to the crimson scale that look like dried blood covering Benitatsu's body. It is a very strong armor that is always active (think Greed from FMA, but red). |

Approved, keep in mind guys and gals, you may have three characters in total, with a limit of two canon characters out of that. Do check out the Canon List and consider some stuff before the good characters are taken.
