Know what I mean? Just the music of your "childhood" or music you really grew up in and is part of your history... For me, it's definitely Ice Cube's "War and Peace Vol. 2 The Peace Disc" Classic album, I swear me and my friend knew every word, listening to it as little kids in elementary school. Same thing with Dr. Dre's "2001" and Eminem's Slim Shady LP. ![]() Just albums that I grew up with and I can recite word for word. To be truthful, I didn't get into rock and other music until like, junior high... And with that, there were two albums: U2's "Achtung Baby", which is pretty classic. And Linkin Park's "Hybrid Theory", which was godly back then. I remember being like, 12 and listening to Hybrid Theory and playing b-ball with my friends. Though like I said, the real shit was Ice Cube, Dre, and Em. I remember being like, eight years old or ten years old and straight up listening to Ice Cube and Dre. "Hello" and "You Ain't Gotta Lie to Kick It" are still like, burned in my brain forever.
![]() I remember being like, ten years old and listening to Ice Cube's "Pimp Homeo" skit with these sisters that I kind of liked in my summer camp while we giggled mischievously and felt awkward feelings.
![]() Which...probably explains what I grew up into.

I grew up on the radio. Whatever my parents were listening to in the. For my mom that meant country, and my dad meant rock. The first CD I owned was the Space Jam soundtrack. Way back in Kindergarten. Moving into middle school I started listening to the rap of the day, Chronic, Shady, etc. About seventh grade I switched schools and fell in with the rockers. (Everybody at my first MS thought they had been born in Chicago or some shit, instead of Fort Fucked up, IN.) So then I got into Linkin Park, Disturbed, and basically new (back then) rock and classic rock. From there I went off to high school and lost interest in the softer, alternative rock, and got into hard rock and metal. Slipknot, Rammstein, Rob Zombie, System of a Down. Pretty much lost all interest in country (waaaaaay long time ago.) and rap. |

AHAHAHAHHAHAHAH XD, i think space jame was my first soundtrack too ahahhahahah I was like 8 or 9. Omg i totally remember a track with Coolio, LL Cool J, Wu Tangs Method Man, and Cypress Hills B Real and its based off the team "THE MONSTARS" omg chris Rock and barry white have a song together too if i recall. sure its based on a shitty lame kids movie, but the *made for soundtrack songs" are acctually pretty tight. Others that come to Mind is the Blade II soundtrack(Massive Attack and Mos Def, Faboulous, Jaddakiss and some random ass trip hop producer, Gorillaz and Redman ect)
