What other planes should be created? Here are a few off the top of my head: The Ethereal Plane "Heaven" "Hell" Machine Plane (Paps knows what I am talking about here) Pandemonium Limbo |

Well, I would like Heaven and Hell to be combined into a singular plane, seeing as there is not 1 single good god and one single evil god, I think it would be more interesting if they live in one plane together, perhaps with other mighty (perhaps even as mighty!) creatures, like Titans. It might be complicated, but I like the layers part of the DnD cosmology setup, where 1 plane (like a Divine plane with Gods and Titans) can have several layers which is almost like a new plane, but they are connected somehow. Ofc we could split it up with a Plane for Good Gods, a Plane for Evil goods and a Plane for other mighty beings (like Titans) |

Hell and Heaven both have multiple layers though, combining them into one layer may prove confusing and weird. Titans should come from like, Pandemonium or sealed in Hell similar to Tartarus in greek mythology. |

I'm a little offshoot with the whole planes idea. I mean, what's the means of travel? How would you perceive yourself? Is this a mortal/immortal type of split? |

Well, I like the idea of natural travel being possible as well as magical travel. Like in Greek mythology (I think) it was possible for one to cross from the realm of the living into the realm of the dead by taking the river Styx iirc |

Another thought occured to me recently, after the addition of the Island of Chutulu. Perhaps we should make the material plane into a island kingdom, i.e. every new addition to the world would have to be an island on it's own or be added to an existing one. This would involve dismissing and deleting my Namun entry and rejecting the current suggestion by Gear, but it would give some great advantages in the long run. Explains why new content is added all the time, as explorers find ancient civilizations on uncharted islands, and it helps explain travel, as going from 1 island to the other would involve sea voyages every time, instead of having to pinpoint that Entry #231 is the the South of entry #21 and Northwest of #523 in the vicinity of entry #123 and stuff like that, which will just get confusing and uncontrolable in the long run, I fear. A simple list of Islands and general description of them will also allowed players to quickly see if their idea for a new place is easily and logical to add to an existing island in the material plane or if they should do the work of creating an entire new island/group of islands How do the rest of you feel about that? |

I like D&D planes. But the world would have to be more littered with Portals/Gateways than it is in traditional AD&D. I'm talking about the Infinitum Stairways being accessible by like, your cat. A portal would exist in most major cities. |
