I'm going to start this over. I'm just going to review, instead of explaining every little thing. Story: The story in this game is great. However, I can't say much, for it would ruin the game. I will say the basics. You are Derek Stiles, a young doctor, still learning the trade. Your mission in life is to learn how to cure un-cureable diseases. And you do just that. The story really gets you into the game and makes it that much more enjoyable. Controls: This is something only the Nintendo Ds (or the Wii) can do. The touch screen controls are the game. You use the stylus to Suture, drain, heal and slice through many many operations. The controls are easy to get into and they're the thing that makes this game possible. Graphics: Eh. Well I can't say these graphics are great, but the graphics are good for the fact that they're on a hand-held. The blood effects look like red water, the organs aren't brilliantly made(but to tell you the truth, would you play t if it were that gruesome?). For those who really care, wait till Trauma Center: Second Opinion comes out for the Wii. Sound: The sound is great. The yells of "Doctor!" And "Vitals dropping" bring you into the game, but do get a tad annoying. But the sounds of the heartbeat and the sounds of the assorted tools are great sounding. Replay ability: This game never gets old. Seriously. Never. Almost infinite replays. Story: 10/10 Controls: 10/10 Graphics: 8/10 Sound: 9/10 Replay 10/10 Overall I give Trauma Center: Under the Knife a 9 out of 10. |
