well my favorite LoZ game used to me MM because I preferred young Link and putting on all of those masks was fun.
But after my first 1/2 an hour of playing Twilight Princess I was addicted. It is by far the best Zelda game. (only fault is being a wee bit too easy...) .

I loved Wind Waker because the graphics we're just so........ cute! It was brilliant. (still haven't finished it yet...)

Okay everybody. The best Zelda game ever is OoT. Storyline rocks, Gorons rocks, Zoras rock, fighting a phantom ganon, killer, beating the great deku tree in 15 mins tops, the bomb. Getting hookshot, beating forest temple, then getting the biggoron sword, the best, then breaking it.... teh suz lol!!

yeah. And pissing off the windmill guy? YEAH!

Ocarina of Time has long been my favorite game of all time, and obviously my fave out of the entire series. I was thinking Twilight Princess would sway that, but, dang it, it didn't.

But, yes, OoT, for me, was the best. Big, amazing world, with great locations and a cool plot. Even if the storyline was somewhat lacking in depth.

I think Majora's Mask beats OoT in overall 'mystic feel'. That game had a world that was surrounded by this creepy feel that I really thought added to the experience as a whole. It may have even become my fave LoZ game if the world didn't feel so small, and the game wasn't so short.

...plus the whole time limit thing really didn't float my boat.

I've never played Zelda, but I'm going to get it on Wii soon, so I'll tell all of you how that turns out :)

Ocarina of Time is the BEST Zelda game I've ever played. It was amazing (especially for the Nintendo) and I remember and cherish almost every moment of it. I loved riding upon Epona, blasting through dungeons, going up high to the volcanoe, and so much more. Those times were great!

My other favorite is Majora's Mask. Though not as great as OoT, it was very fun though I can't remember too much of it since I only rented it from a video game store.

In my opinion MM would have been better if you didn't have the option of going back in time, and instead you had to do EVERYTHING in the course of a three day period. It really wouldn't be too hard if it were presented in real-time, as in one in game = one real world day.

OoT was definitely the best, my only regret was using the strategy guide. :( I know blasphemy, but I was young and foolish.

Also, shame on you Papaya. How could you have never played Zelda?

To this day I regret the same thing for myself. It's a damn shame, really. Never used a strategy guide for any Zelda game since, though. Or any game, really. Kinda takes the fun out of it, for me. Not only because you're stopping to see where to go every five seconds, but figuring stuff out on your own is a big part of what makes those games fun.

Water Temple, anyone?

The only other time I used a strategy guide in a Zelda game was in Majora's Mask that part where the owl sits on that floating island and his feathers fall on the invisible path you're supposed to walk on... Yea I couldn't figure that out.

As for the water temple, everyone always mentions it as being difficult, but I think it was one of the best designed dungeons in any game. I mean the way you have to change the water level to do certain things, I think it all was brilliant.

Yeah, I love it too. If only because it's the one dungeon that actually still gives me a little trouble. And because its where you fight Dark Link. To this day, it's still one of the greatest moments in Zelda history.
