"Keep England White" was apparently a slogan that Winston Churchill deemed acceptable. So the BNP are on solid ground when they try to "hijack" Churchill.

"If you want a n****r for a neighbour, vote Labour" was a slogan that won a Conservative seat in the 60s.

Ah, the things parties manage to live down!

The seat was gained by one candidate, He, not the party, was elected. It happened in 1964. The following year Edward Heath became leader of the Conservative Party. It was he who dismissed Enoch Powell from the Shadow Cabinet for his Rivers of Blood speech.

Parties do change their policies, knowledge and awareness of situations develop. New members bring new ideas.

But the bad boys are the BNP. The bad eggs of this country are the ones who oppose the last Labour Government's then-secret Mass Immigration policy. The bad people are the ones who want our Government to put the needs of its citizens first (regardless of colour or race), before those who are not entitled to be here.
It ain't what they do, its the way that they do it.

Do BNP have problems with immigration of white citizens of USA and European countries?

Yes, but I doubt the Party would allow a candidate to use that as a slogan now! He used it, the Party let him.

Indeed, which is why the main parties bear precious little resemblance to how they were fifty years ago. They ought to use different names, because they are not the same.

Yes the mainstream parties have changed but this thread is about BNP as it is now.

I'm definitely not the same as I was fifty years ago, but I refuse to change my name for that reason.

Fifty years from now it'll probably have to change to "bin Sullivan" anyway...

I doubt very much in this day and age if any members of the three main political parties would taunt a known BNP member in a subterfuge and sinister manner so that every time someone else came along they would shut up and pretend nothing was going on...

Racism causes deaths. Not so many years ago we had Stephen Lawrence's death caused by a group of white supremacists. The BNP is much, much more than just a "decoy" Clare. It is never right to repay past wrongs (eg poorly thought out and short sighted government policies) with further wrongs (a lack of dignity and, at its worst, outright hatred of people who are non-whites)

By the way it is quite a nice and expensive hotel Rose.

Two aspects of racial violence, half a mile apart.

In a town where most taxis are driven by muslims, attacks on the drivers are so common the police give special protection to the main taxi rank. This link is about an attack by white youths on a muslim taxi driver and his passengers, who included a pregnant woman.

http://www.batleynews.co.uk/news/local/taxi_carrying_pregnant_woman_and_child_attacked_in_healey_1_1331287

That did not happen in a deprived area, it was on one of the smartest most exclusive roads in the town.

In another incident a three year old Asian child was showered with glass when a taxi windscreen was smashed with a brick.

The next link is about activities half a mile away from the one mentioned above. This time muslim youths tormenting elderly and disabled white people, on a daily basis.

BNP condemn Asian incidents of violence. What do they say about whites committing racial violence against Asian people?

Serious trouble is brewing. Is our Government aware or interested?

Emee, would you care to enlighten the forum as to which group of white supremacists caused the death of Stephen Lawrence?

I urge you all to listen to (hold your breath) - the BNP's Sunday Service on their own radio channel, online. Last Sunday's service concentrates on the visit of "Benedict, Bishop of Rome".

"Reverend Robert West" who is not a minister of any known denomination, commences by announcing that the reading is the one for the day as used in Church of England services. That could give the impression he is a vicar! Whilst he criticised the "power" of the "Church of Rome" pointing out it has no jurisdiction in this realm, he expresses his respect for the person of Pope Benedict, whom he refuses to refer to as Pope, and does seem to be making an effort to con Catholics into believing some of Pope Benedict's views align with those of BNP. BNP will have to be cleverer to trick me into thinking their policies would meet the approval of Pope Benedict.

http://www.radiorwb.co.uk/modules/mod_nmap/audio/popup.php?uid=44y4s2y2x2766405c4t4h4y5x2a6k2v30364q21404s2m234y3q2i26405p2s424z46466p2w4w2q2u276z2u4x2x276b405a4t4t2a6w2b4q256u224&url=eNortjK0UtJXsgZcMAkSAcc,&plw=250&plh=250&bgc=04233e&tit=

Hopefully listening to that will cost BNP some money. The service consisted on one reading a long winded spiel mainly about Pope Benedict and a brief prayer and blessing.

This reminds me of an old trick pulled by the Nazi Party. Hitler Youth's uniform was modelled on that of Baden Powell's scouts, to give it am image of respectability.
Of which church is Robert West a Reverend?:

All incidents of violence against fellow human beings should be condemned. You ask, Rose, what does the BNP "say about whites committing racial violence against Asian people?". I don't know, but if they condemn Asian on white violence they should condemn the reverse. But my question is this:

What do the Muslim/Asian leaders of their communities say regarding Asian/Muslim violence towards vulnerable people who happen to be white in this country?

May I also ask what condemnation has come from leaders of muslim communities after an Asian woman branded veterans at Waterloo station raising funds "disgusting"? [The Sun, Page 13, September 30, 2010]
