I assume of York, as Jimmy is a Leeds lad born and bred. Perhaps, as Sarah Ferguson is younger even than Jimmy, his mother became the Dowager on Sarah's marriage to Andrew Windsor. |

I spotted him in the Wikipedia list of British Catholics. I was surprised Ant McPartlin wasn't in the list. I would have thought he would be Catholic with a name like Anthony McPartlin. I would have suggested Ant & Dec as joint ambassadors if he had been.
Now you mention that Patrick, I wonder if he really does qualify as British. I know of someone who was born in India and is certainly not Indian, and another who was born in Japan and is manifestly not Japanese! |
