How are you at the moment, Clare?
I put your name on my list of petitions when I visited Saint Therese :rrose:

Thanks, Mrs.P.

I'm doddering along adequately. I haven't gone into town for weeks, but I hope to get up the nerve to try again soon. I can walk around the house unaided, but outside I need a stick, and I'm still unsteady. Everything's like a tightrope when I leave the house!

And I've been issued with one of these fashionable items, which all the hip young folk are using these days:

That's cool, Clare. Just needs a bit of pimpin'.

Still praying. That looks very 'Modern' I wonder if there is a 'Trad' version.

Clare, the Motability Scheme does not offer finance deals for seda gestatoria.

If you must go for that flashy wheelchair, for goodness sake have a decent pipe organ, not those awful modernist hooters. Mind you they are pre Vatican 2 so they may be acceptable to ladies of discerning taste.

I went to town for the first time in over two months today, accompanied by my two children, and a physiotherapist and an occupational therapist. I did ok with my trendy walking contraption, though after lunch I was pretty fatigued, and the physio acquired a wheelchair from the shopmobility place, which I used for about 40 minutes before she had to take it back. I recovered somewhat this afternoon, and I can comfortably dodder around the house again!

I'd still like a miracle cure though!

Keep up the good work, Clare. We can't have you sitting around playing on the computer all day :chair:
Glad you managed a few hours of fun. Hope the remission lasts. :knitter:
