My husband's eldest child, a daughter with two girls of her own has been diagnosed with some level of cervical cancer. We are short on details at the moment. She is to see an oncologist this week and have an outpatient procedure the week following. We should have more information on the exact nature of the cancer after those appointments. Please pray for CS. |

We have received an update that the cells involved appear to be localized, not invasive and the prognosis is generally positive unless the upcoming procedure reveals unexpected growth. We are very grateful for your prayers for CS. Please do keep them coming - one can never have too many prayers! |

Thank you all for your prayers. My husband's daughter has had the procedure to remove the problem cells and the cancer is not invasive. Her oncologist has recommended a hysterectomy as the best treatment, so she is trying to decide what to do. Please continue to pray for CS. |

Update: CS will be having a hysterectomy, date uncertain. She is under extraordinary stress in her life at this time and really, really needs our prayers. Please pray for CS and for the blessing and protection of her young daughters. |
