On this eve of Father's day I offer up my prayers for your Father, Penfold, for your family and also for you.

:prayhands:

May God bless you all.

Good News my father is home from hospital. The lung infection is responding to the drugs and the rest of the cocktail seems to be in better balance. Thank you for all the prayers. The consultant checked the scans and is satisfied that being able to sit in the comfort of his beloved garden would be better treatment for my father than lying in a hospital bed four stories up looking out at a carpark. The nurse from the local medical practice knows him. She will call in to moniter his progress and make sure he is doing what he is told with the drugs. (I wish her luck  )

Happy Couple!
So glad he's home, Penfold!
May his recovery continue (and may he take his meds!)

“It is most laudable in a married woman to be devout,
but she must never forget that she is a housewife.
And sometimes she must leave God at the altar
to find Him in her housekeeping.”
