Happy Couple!
My friend is a little more stable than she was, but still, not good :(

It's been a very emotional and tiring day, and know I need to process what I'm feeling. I'm going to take a bath now and know I really need to have a little weep, and then I can go to sleep! I'm exhausted but need to release some of the feelings before I will be able to rest, iykwim? Can you please spare me a little prayer...?

Thank you,
Mrs.P xx

Thank you! :rrose:
I am feeling tired but refreshed after Mass and Holy Communion this morning. I so often offer up the graces I receive in the Mass for someone else, but today I took it all, greedily! I just allowed God to give Himself unreservedly to me, and opened my heart to His love and His blessing in the Eucharist, and felt at peace...So good!

Sometimes we just need to do that Mrs P - I've been there more often than I care to imagine.

We need to recharge our own spiritual batteries in order to be able to help others. Even God the Father and Jesus rested.

Hope you are feeling much better and I will continue the prayers for your friend.

Please keep praying for L as she has hit a new crisis, resulting in an increase in meds. Brought on, I might add, by being moved to another hospital and put on a mixed-sex ward :clare: This has made her distraught because of certain "issues" she has...I am so upset and angry for her! :(

Prayers offered up for Mrs P and for her friend.

:prayhands:

Lord, the demands of modern life in this world are relentless and can make us feel like we are drowning in darkness. Send us Your healing peace, send us the strength that comes from Your gift of Hope, help us to feel Your loving care and the joy that flows from Your love. Amen.
