Prayer request on behalf of Draig and his family

Draig has asked me to post a request for prayers for him and his family.

Today Draig was told his employer intends moving him from normal 9 to 5 working hours to 12 hour split shifts, days and nights alternating. Experience has shown Draig his own health does not respond well to shift working. His main concern is for his son, little Drugget.

Drugget has autistic spectrum disorder and needs a very set routine - he has problems telling days of the week apart and uses his Dad's working routine as his basis for time and days. The new shift system will cause him considerable confusion and distress.

On Monday there will be a 1 to 1 meeting between Draig and his boss.

Please, members, pull out all the stops and pray hard for Draig and his family at this difficult time.

but she must never forget that she is a housewife.
And sometimes she must leave God at the altar
to find Him in her housekeeping.”

Through the Prayers of Our Lady and of you all, I have been told today that I have not been selected for shift working and am to remain on days.Posted Image :bliss:

Thanks be to God, our Blessed Mother and to all members of the CCF prayer group!Posted Image :bless:

I cannot say how much of a difference you all made. I did not feel so alone and from the time of Penfold's Mass I began to feel tremendously tranquil, as though the The World had no power over me.

Even so, as my boss did not sound very helpful I was loathe to post any comments earlier - so I avoided posting anything at all. :sorry:

Rest assured that I have been keeping all of the posted intentions in my own prayers. :prayhands:
