And I am probably the 35th person to view it. I began to wonder if I might be among them. In the time available I do not always go through all the threads in any one sessions. I admire your patience and skill. A year ago we bought an new scanner to convert all my slides to discs - sadly I haven't started yet. And there some VHS presentations I would like to convert. Some of them needed patient toing and froing and timing from one or two cassettes to another- so I have at least an inclination of your efforts. |

Em I looked at the video at least three times. I also read the comments made by viewers, last time I looked there were about 40. Another member sent me a private message asking me what I thought of it. If you have read the thread called Lonely Catholics you will have seen a posting I made, about loneliness.
Since Saturday we have been very quiet indeed, getting about one third the usual number of postings for a weekend and a Monday. Sunday was our quietest for months. It happens every year when we get the first hot weather. Normally our average is about 600 per week. The viewing figures of this thread are good considering the circumstances. |

I viewed it as soon as I saw your post. I wonder why the "counter" thingy didn't show?? Anyway, it's a thought-provoking piece, and I am partial to the music. Our youngest is a nurse, working in intensive care, and she began years ago at age 16 by caring for the elderly living in a local care home. She has a way! |
