A relative in the UK has asked for a suggestion for a first Mass Book for her 3 year old daughter who is very bright and enjoys books / pictures. I think this is intended to keep her busy during Mass. (Novus Ordo in this case!) Very grateful for any suggestions - preferably for something available in the UK - on line even better. Many thanks Pax CARLO Edited by CARLO, Monday, 4. May 2009, 11:32.

![]() The Mass for Children by Fr Jude Winkler OFM Conv is one my granddaughter (now aged 5) takes to Church. She reads well and it keeps her occupied. Available from Amazon but if your church has a repository you'll probably find it there. Fr Winkler has wwritten "We go to Mass" another little book which may be more suitable for a 3 year old. ![]() The Mass Book for Children available from cenacle.co.uk I haven't seen this one but the blurb says
by none other than Archbishop Nicols. Not sure what ages this is aimed at but it's part of a RE series and available from CTS The Salesians of Don Bosco have produced a small book written by a primary school teacher following Rosie and her family on their journey of discovery in church. £3.99 from Aid to the Church in Need for aged six to nine, this colourful book gives helpful advice about getting ready for confession and explains key parts of the Mass.£4.00. We also have this one and I like it ACN.orgIn short, there's hundreds of 'em. I beleive there are also colouring books available from ACN, CTS and Don Bosco Publications as well as the ever reliable CTS KatyA |

Thanks Clare. My See and Pray Missal is also available from Cenacle Books I didn't include it as Carlo asked for Novus Ordo - but I may well take a look at it myself. KatyA |
