If you need to contact a forum moderator or administrator for any reason,
please send a private message to "moderator team.” Please do not send the message to a specific person unless it is a personal communication. |

We made this request because of the vast number of non-personal communications, about forum administrative matters, sent directly to Rose. It is still happening! Rose has home responsibilities. We have four moderators, wishing to share the load, and Rose does not want to be seen as the only person to be consulted by members. There is no need to ask permission to invite other people to join Catholic Cyberforum, just give them the link to the forum, and advise them to register. |

Sorry folks but I find it necessary to draw attention to the first posting on this notice. During the past month I have had over twenty communications that would be best sent to moderator team. An explanation of the reason may help: The idea is to share the work between four of us. Every moderator logs on from time to time, with the username moderator team. If it is something of interest to all the moderators that person lets the others know, and we discuss it. If it is a simple query, or asking for a prayer request to be posted anonymously, the moderator who sees the post will deal with it. So, if any of you have a suggestion, anonymous prayer request, complaint, a problem with a posting that gives you cause for concern, a prayer request you want posted anonymously, a general comment regarding the forum or advice about using the forum software I beg you, please send a private message to the username moderator team. |

Rose has personally requested this message be repeated. She is still getting most of the messages that should be addressed to "moderator team", the purpose being that the workload is shared out between moderators. |

Sorry folks but it is essential that I bring this to the fore. I am still getting all the messages that are meant for moderators in general. I really would appreciate it if members would send prayer requests, forum suggestions, enquiries etc to moderator team, and not direct to me. We are a team of equals. The only reason I am perceived to be in charge of this forum is that I am here a lot, that is because I am a carer, therefore spend a lot of time at home. |

If any of you have complaints about any posts, please make them to moderator team, as per the first post on this topic. Making them in public, within topics, leads to digressions. That in turn can lead to moderators needing to split posts out of topics, we prefer to avoid the necessity for such action. |
