I checked the original Microsoft Word document and it said 'l.'
I then enlarged the text in the original post. It is an 'l.' It just looks like an 'i.'
So the problem must be due to the font and the screen resolution.

All of these Saints, Blesseds, and Venerables are listed in the Catholic Encyclopedia. Pleasant reading.
