Our Autumn Prayer..... Lord we come before you in thanks for the gifts you have given. The color of the season reminds us of the beauty you alone can create. We are thankful for the food you provide in the harvest. You filled the earth with your gifts. You have blessed us. We are greatful, Lord and will never stop singing your praises. We will sing your praise, Lord, * Our new season of Autumn is moving in * Trees of green say goodbye and beautiful colored leaves appear. * Gardens and fields give their gifts of harvested fruits, vegetables, and grains. Thank you Lord of transformation, for all the beauty and harvest the autumned earth gives us. As we watch and listen to the changes of the season from Summer to Autumn may we grow more and more aware of the wonders of your creation. We will be attentive to all the changes your word calls us to in this season . Give thanks to the Lord who is good, whose love endures |
