When Bishop Heenan went to Leeds he found the Diocese in disarray. His first major iniative was to move clergy who had not been pulling their weight. A move to a deprived area and a grotty presbytery was a sort of, er community service. Good boys were rewarded. About a third of the clergy were moved in one day flat. A week or two later more were moved. When the time came for announcements after Mass our curate said
