I've already had a look at it, Richard, and was not overly impressed  There's actually nothing new in it - in fairness, it does not claim to present anything new - just another collection of the various arguments on one side of the debate, most of which are readily available in lots of places*, this book just brings them together for convenience. There is, of course, really nothing new to say about HV, all the arguments today are the same as they were 40 years ago except possibly the actual experience of the impact of the document but here is not the place to discuss that. (*P.S. You'd probably be surprised to know just how much I actually have read on both sides of the debate  )
