"The big change is that people no longer get respect just because of the position they occupy, they have to earn respect as individuals." 'Respect' - yes, perhaps first for themelves and then for others. "Although he has kept rather quiet about in since becoming Pope, Cardinal Ratzinger many times expressed the view that we are going to have a much smaller and leaner church." As Cardinal - one thing; as Pope quite another. PJD
