He makes unfair accusations: Trying to block off Mass in the Extraordinary Form Long before Summorum Pontificum, Bishop Roche instructed it was to be offered, weekly, in several locations. Closing churches without good cause Bishop Roche is doing his best in a difficult situation. Other dioceses have suffered more than Leeds, from church closures.
