Disney films themselves usually have a moral aspect, which is good in itself - ie the baddies always get their comeuppance in the end.

However, the latter day merchandising that accompanies all these films is just wrong.
Clearly Clare has never pondered the deep truths in the song of Pocohontas.

"How high does the sycamore grow?
If you cut it down, then you'll never know
And you'll never hear the wolf cry to the blue corn moon
whether we are white or copper-skinned

till you can sing with all the voices of the mountain
and can paint with all the colours of the wind
You can own the Earth and still
All you'll own is earth until
You can sing with all the voiced of the mountain
and can paint with all the colours of the wind"

Can you still say that Disney is pernicious after such sublime sentiments? Sycamore feller!
