Doing one at a time will be hard enough but if you can manage both then more power to your elbow. The Sacred Heart visions were given to Sister Margaret Mary Alacoque in 1675. Jesus made twelve promises of which the 12th was the one concerning first fridays of the month. Quote: "I promise thee in the excess of the mercy of My Heart, that Its all-powerful love will grant to all those who shall receive communion on the First Friday of nine consecutive months the grace of final repentance; they shall not die under My displeasure, nor without receiving their sacraments; My Divine Heart shall be their assured refuge at that last hour." And your intention should be of making reparation to the Sacred Heart of Jesus for all the sinfulness and ingratitude of mankind.
