Do you do the 2 together ? Its up to you. These are different devotions given at different times. Doing one at a time will be hard enough but if you can manage both then more power to your elbow.

The Sacred Heart visions were given to Sister Margaret Mary Alacoque in 1675. Jesus made twelve promises of which the 12th was the one concerning first fridays of the month.
