Hello Poesy and all, I quite agree with you there should be a smoking room in all hospitals, far away from those who do not smoke of cause. I know from personal experance what it is to be in hospital for a long time and believe me it helped to have a fag to calm you down when you got some bad news. As for stoping , it happened on new years day three years ago I awoke in the morning and went about my daily things and at the end of that day I realised that I had not had a fag all day, and since then I have not had one.And also more to the piont no cravings, so am I lucky or am I lucky. LOVE EROS.
