So on the Howard Stern show they had a member of the show interview people from harlem. Now what they did was ask them questions about the candidates contributing different views to each other. Anyways, I don't mean this to cause some kind of debate. But I think that there are a lot of people who can vote, yet shouldn't, since they obviously know nothing about the candidates or politics in general. Anyways enjoy: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NyvqhdllXgU |

Yeah, you're taking into view what the founding fathers were scared of. They wanted a democracy where the people chose, but they were scared of what the people wanted. So they made it that the people indirectly vote for Presidents. This was changed to what we have now with the votes going towards the Electoral colleges. That stuff is confusing :| Lul at the people who are 'anti stemcell' and Obama's running mate being Sarah Palin xD |

This is why I think stupid people shouldn't vote. If you don't know what you're voting for, don't vote at all. Politics was better when only informed people voted. |

exactly. we have this problem in Britain where a lot of young white males think it's a good idea to vote for the BNP (basically racist nazis) because they want immigrants out of the UK. But because they're thick idiots they don't realise the full consequences of voting for a nasty party like the BNP, they just think "ololol we can kick the darkies out" |

Icie , I disagree. I think this topic proves that people ought to be more informed about elections before voting. Certainly uninformed people should not vote, but every citizen ought to make a decent attempt to be informed. |

Yes, but they won't. The only information pathways for politics for 20 year olds seems to be facebook and watching TV. Fail much? |
