Guide Prologue A lot of people have no idea that RuneScape offers you the ability to get and manage your very own kingdom and a lot of those that do know about it have never bothered to check it out or simply don’t take the time to do the quest. However this could prove to be the solution to a lot of your financial problems. I used to be sceptical towards people claiming to earn 1m a week from their kingdom. I used to get roughly 900k-1mil a week(on main) with absolutely no work required at all,Besides the fact you have to walk and to your kingdom Introduction: Miscellania is a small island north of Relleka, past Waterbirth. After completing ‘The Throne of Miscellania’ you will become the Regent of Miscellania and get full control over the recources it gathers. By depositing money in the coffers your kingdom will start to collect recources for you. Basicly any kind of basic resource can be collected. Flax, herbs, coal, maple/teak/mahogany logs, tuna/swordfish and farming seeds. As a bonus you can also get some extra items depending on the recource you are collecting. -flax and herbs will result in occasional herb seeds -any kind wood will result in occasional bird nests -farming seeds will include ocassional tree seeds -mining coal will supply random gems -fishing can result in many things, caskets, fremenink boots/gloves, clue scrolls and half keys. • How to get there There are 2 ways of getting to Miscellania. 1) -Go to the docks in Relleka and talk to the sailor, he will take you to the port of Miscellania. The fastest way to do this is using the enchanted lyre and take a raw shark or up every time you use your last teleport. 2) -The fastest way is to use the fairyrings. Using the code CIP will teleport you just north of the castle entrance. • Requirements and Requirments -Must have completed the following quests: *Throne of Miscellania *Royal Trouble Why ? You can start managing your kingdom after the completion of Throne of Miscellania, however you will get 5 extra workers (on top of the 10 default) after completing Royal Trouble. Also Hardwood and farming only becomes available after finishing both quests as it’s located on Etceteria. -No less then 1.35m cash to start you off. Why ? When you have completed both quests and assigned all your workers they will take 75k (10% from the total with a maximum of 75k a day) from your coffers each day. With 1.35m cash in the coffers and each day 75k taken away it will last a week before you have to refill them to avoid losing profit. -Free bankspace. Why ? Following this guide you will be claiming your recources once a week, you will need about 15 free slots assuming you don't have any of the recources you'll be collecting in your bank already. All the nests and herb seeds can easily take up more then a row. -A woodcutting axe or a pickaxe Why ? Your approval rating shows how much the citizens support you as a Regent. You will gain approval by helping out the workers. Mining coal or cutting maples are generally the best ways to get it up. You will need 75% at least to finish The Throne of Miscellania but it is suggested for the sake of earning money that you try to keep it at 100% all the time. -Teleport runes/items, preferably Camelot teleport (you'll need it if you can’t use fairy rings). Why ? Once you’re done on Miscellania you’ll want to go back to the main land and continue your usual busines. Getting back from Miscellania without teleports can be a pain. Please note that there is in fact a bank on Miscellania so you don’t have to take all this stuff with you. The bank will proof to be the most useful while doing the quests. The strategy This is what the interface looks like. After finishing the quests you can open it by talking to Advisor Ghrim and asking how the kingdom is going (first option). ![]() 1) Make sure your approval rating is 100% if you haven’t already done this during Throne of Miscellania. Cut maple, this is the fasted method for most people. You will know your approval has reached 100% if the woodcutter says something like “Don’t trouble yourself any further, you have already done so much” 2) Wait till an acceptable time on which you will be able to come back everyday, this could be after school, when you wake up or any suitable time during school vacations. Get everything you need from the list in the previous section and speak to advisor Ghrim. Add at least 1.35m to your coffers and pick the recources you wish to collect. I will give you a breakdown of the 2 best ways of earning money after step 4. Do not make the mistake of only adding 750k. It will only take the maximum of 75k the first day and after that 10% of the leftover cash will go down every day, drastically decreasing your profits. 3) Every day get back around the same time to cut a log so that your approval rating goes back up from 99% to 100%. Your recources are collected once a day on the time you first started utilising the money in the coffers, not constantly. So if you decide you want to change the time on which you go there daily or you forgot the time, no problem you have an entire day to get your approval up before your next batch of recources is collected. 4) On the 7th day you take another 525k to refill your coffers back to 1.35m and you claim your recources from advisor Ghrim. They will go straight to your bank so make sure you have enough space. Profit These are what I believe to be the 2 best ways of earning money with your kingdom, both methods are based on gathering the full amount of flax, their names are based on the most profitable second resource. I will assume you sell the flax straight away but if you have time on your hands you could spin it and make 50% more profit. 1) The coal way, this way only gives about 700-800k steady profit a week but it depends less on luck. This is a good method for skillers to get free coal for their bars or basicly any other resource that you wish to replace the coal with while still getting some profit. Put full workers on flax and the rest on coal. This will give you aprox 8750 flax and 1910 coal every week together with 14 random herb seeds and 9 random gems. 8750 flax is hard to sell so if you keep the 750 leftover flax each week you can sell an addition 3k flat at the end of the 4th week. The same goes for 1910 coal. If you want to get rid of this easy you can mine yourself another 90 coal to get 2k. -The numbers: flax sells for 100 each in the crafting forum so that’s 875k. Coal can be sold in the ores and bars forums for around 180 each, you will want to get rid of it fast though so lets assume you sell them 170 each. That’s another 340k. Depending on your luck you will get some high leveled herb seeds. Most seeds above avantoe sell for 10-20k so let’s just assume you’ll get about 50k from the seeds. We’ll consider the gems worthless. 875k + 340k + 50k = 1265k, after taking another 525k to refill the coffers that leaves you with 740k pure profit that you didn’t have to work for at all. Spinning the flax could give you another rough 500k profit but will take a lot of time, do this if you either really need cash or are really bored and have to much time on your hands. 2) The maple way, this way is more likely to give you 1m+ a week but it depends more on luck. You can go as low as 500k but as high as 2m !!! purely depending on how lucky you get. Overal, if you only want to makes as much profit as possible I recommend this option. Again, put full workers on flax and the rest on maple logs. This will give you the steady 8750 flax and 14 herb seeds, already earning you back the money put into the coffers. On top of that you will receive aprox 3122 maple logs and 31 bird nests which will contain tree seeds, rings or the occasional bird egg. -The numbers: flax sells for 100 each in the crafting forum so that’s good for 875k again. Maples can be sold for 75 each in the fletching forum so that’s another 234.15k. Herb seeds might give you some nice boost if you’re lucky but we’ll assume they’ll bring in about 50k. Finally, that what makes this way more profitable then the coal one, the birdnests. From each birdnest you will get a tree seed or a ring, ocasionally a bird egg. The large majority of tree seeds is easily worth 20-30k going all the way up to 180k. We’ll assume that your luck is pretty mediocre and half of the nests contain seeds with an average value of 20k making you another 300k (this could easily become 600k+ if you get alot of seeds from the nest or a few fruit tree seeds or maple+). The crushed birdnests can be sold for 1.5k each earning you another 46.5k We’ll also add in 10k from selling the rings assuming only half of the nests contained seeds. 875k + 234.15k + 50k + 300k+ 46.5k + 10k = 1515.65k After substracting the 525k from the coffers that’s 990.65k pure profit. Keep in mind this is already a pretty low senario. Earning less then this is extremely rare and if you get some decent seeds this could become 1.2m, 1.4m even if you get a magic seed and some other good ones. Again, spinning will add roughly 500k to your profit, making it possible to gain a potential 2m using the maples way. Experiment a bit with your kingdom if you can afford it. Even if you don’t plan on making profit, it is worth doing the quest for the free recources the kingdom can give you. Some people might prefer trying their luck at full maples half flax or any other resource. Constructive criticism is accepted so plz give me some feedback. Thanks for reading and have a good day |

Hmmm... I'll definetly try this. It sounds like fun and a good way to boost some skills and make cash. Unfortunately I'll have to do some questing to be able to start. Great guide, wish you were still in the clan.

I max out coal and put everything else in maples. Coal is 100k a day and maples are 20k. The seeds that you can get from the maples can really boost you up though :3 |
