New Lunar spell glitch

well as those p2pers of you may have heard, with the new lunar quest came a new batch of spells, one of which called dream or something. Basically, there was a glitch with the spell allowing it to be clicked consistently (a bit like high alchemy), thus giving xp (about 80 i think) for each click. As soon as people caught on, Astral prices shot up and supposedly, people managed to get up to 1M xp an hour! :o

Me being a magic noob, i only just caught on to this about an hour ago on the rs forums (Jagex fixed it by wednesday i think, and anyone with suspicious amounts of magic levelling had been banned/blackmarked for bug abuse)

an example thread from tip it forums- http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?t=655640

So, did any of you people cash in xp or gp wise from this? I know i wanted to :ph43r:

It was a lot worse when the enchant orb spell came out people were getting from level 92-99 in a couple of hours.

They shouldnt ban people its stupid.. Maybe get rid of their xp or a temp ban... But the people that were doing that were very high levels already. It was not like hi alching though it wasbasically a spell that could be cast as fast as you can click. I read about it on the tip.it forum.

yeah what i meant was a click spell like high alch
And as for removing the xp, as far as Jagex have let on they can only fully wipe skills, not adjust them, unless the user has JMod powers. And most users don't have JMod powers.
And yeah, power orb and charge both had the same problem

Runescape economy blows like the U.S. economy. U.S. made a mistake going to war with Iraq. Jagex made a mistake going to war with rwt's/bots:D
