Staff Info:
You probably have seen this before, but that's what I found out so far concerning Xros Wars. Aside of I don't recognize any Digimon in the poster and the overall art design looks different than the past 5 seasons, it's got nice cast. I've seen many characters voiced by Ryoko Shiraishi, she sometimes dubs male characters so it's interesting to have her play more feminine role... unless if Akari is gonna be somewhat a tomboy little sister. Plot-wise, very different than anything we got in the past. What I liked about Digimon Tamers, Digimon Adventure, Savers, take out 02, was the fact that they try to relate the universe to our world. They're implying that Digimon exists somewhere in the human world, unlike say, Pokémon or One Piece where everything takes place in whatever universe - Hopefully, Xros Wars is not like that but that's just what I'm hoping for. |

Looks like they are going back in age this time to 7th graders... >.<... Great... I ... can't wait... Seriously, though don't you think they should keep moveing forward? Savers had the right idea, move up with the fan base, why is this one going down? |

Well, that's not that much of an age difference though....Marcus was an 8th grader wasn't he? Eh, I guess they want to attract new younger fans now?.... |

He was 15 years old so I think he was in like 10th Grade or so these new Digidestined or Chosen Children are like 3 years younder and in like 7th grade so in between the 5th graders of 01,02, Tamers and the 10th Graders of Savers. |

I liked Savers, it was inovative on the art style and stuff, but I actually preffer that they're back to their previous one. I have to agree that I liked the fact that the characters were older, but we have to keep in mind that the main target of Digimon is small children, so 13 years olds are old enough for them to look up. I remember that when I was youger and saw adventures I looked up on Tai. |

When I was watching the dub of Adventure I always liked either Matt or Tai but I think I liked Matt alittle better, now that I'm older than the Digidestined I find it hard to look up to someone who I'm older then I just don't know why. |

Exactly, but for most of the audience they're targeting the anime to, the Characters on Digimon Xros Wars are older then them, therefore they can look up on them. |

Why would they target something for people who don't watch the series on their channel and watch bootleged versions on the internet? And they target the show for kids, so that they buy the toys. But hey, the Digivice is one expensive toy this time, it'll cost 7000 yen, around 70$, but it has a color screen in oposition to the previous ones, and is also an MP3 player with enough space for around 50 musics. |
