I have a Stereo Jacksonville Sgt. Pepper with "fool" inner and "A Little Help ..." on the label.
The Jacksonville "0" is in the deadwax.

The matrix are:

S1 2653 B18#4

and

SMAS x2 2653 A 17#3 (the "A" could be a triangle)

Is there anything unusual about these matrix?

Thank you

Not at all. Those are nice, normal matrix numbers. Only side two with W9 is defective.

my copy has the following matrices:
a side hand written
SMAS-1-2653 - X4

b side machine stamped
SMAS2 - 2653 - X4

I have the mono Jax pressing too and the layout of the details on the labels is very 'messy'

My favorite Jax pressing is the second pressing with the messy (in-house) lettering and the title all on one line on side one. It extends into the color band on BOTH sides -- clearly not a good fit.
