I am looking for confirmation of the following:

1) That this is a Rhodesia pressing
2) That the blue label version is a second pressing.
3) That the cover for these LP's were made in South Africa or in the UK

BFS Rhodesia

Thank you

I cannot tell from just the label.

THIS one was definitely from S. Rhodesia:http://www.rootsvinylguide.com/ebay_items/...lease-pmcj-1240

But the side-one label has the extra pressing ring.

Same here:http://pmc1202.tripod.com/s_rhodesia.htm

Does the dead wax mention "Rhodesia" ? If not, it probably wasn't pressed there but it is from SA.
Labels were obtained from SA, so it is difficult to tell from that alone as Frank already mentioned.
Covers were imported from SA as well and were stickered "record made in S. Rhodesia"(see my sleeve below).
I've never seen a Rodesian pressing without a pressing ring, so probably this is a standard SA pressing, but there may be exceptions.....

Both my S. Rhodesia copies have the shallow perimeter pressing ring. Both are on midnight blue old style Parlophone labels with two rim print variations:

1. "All rights of the manufacturer . . ."
2. "Pressed for or by . . ." (the rim print on your copy, which is the more common of the two)

It also exists on black new style labels.

As Servi said, if it was made in S. Rhodesia, it will say so in the matrix, in very legible machine-stamped text.

The placement of the "Record Made In Southern Rhodesia" sticker is inconsistent, although it is always on the left interior because that is the only unlaminated face. One of my copies has it between the side 2 song titles and the emitex symbol. The other one is missing the sticker, but you can see the adhesive residue in the upper left corner. I'm guessing some copies originally came with unstickered sleeves.

The S. Africa copies exist on the same three label styles listed above, plus blue old style Parlophone with "unauthorised public performance . . ." rim print.

Most of my copies lack any perimeter pressing ring. One copy has a perimeter pressing ring and a slightly beveled surface outside the pressing ring. Similar pressing marks are found in many countries (India into the 1970s, Argentina and Norway through 1967, Denmark through at least 1965, possibly others).
