I've been looking at this new set and wondering what it is like. I cannot get it here in New Zealand but there are a few I would buy.
Can anyone who has bought the first few give me an unbiased view please

The quality of the pressing has largely been first rate. Super quiet sound floor with a nice weighty feel from the French MPO plant.

The AHDN Lp has part of the opening chord truncated as a mastering error however. The same track appears on 62-66 with the chord intact.

These were released in the UK, on a large cardboard, and in Italy including an Italian language booklet but without the cardboard. Also some were released in Japan (very limited quantity). The pressing is always the same, only the booklets differ.

early italian issues also came with large cardboards, later ones have a lp size back insert shrinked on a cardboard stiffener.

Do you mean the first titles that were released or the early releases of each title ?
Do you have any info on the Japanese releases ? There were some for sale on eBay (very expensive) but I could not determine whether these were EU pressings rewrapped for Japan or Japanese pressings.

the first titles up to WA. Have no further info on the japanese, but guess these are eu lps, the series was ended after a few titles and should restart in autumn in japan.
some issues are pictured in the eu lp folder on applerecords.nl

hi there, so for the titles already released, is there any difference to the LP sleeve and/or the LP's label?

This is the normal approach, they release 4 or 5 to test the market, take a break to evaluate and then launch from issue 1 again. This is how it played out in the UK and I believe also in Italy originally.
