I never seen any Beatles LP's issued by Capitol of Canada Record Club.

I have seen only one copy. I kept a photo of the label.
It's not a great photo, but you can see that it has the same typeface as the usual black-label Y&T, but the catalog number is ST-82553 instead of ST-2553, and the label blank is a record-club blank with "Manufactured under license..." at the bottom.

It looks very similar to the record club issue of the Beach Boys' "Stack o' Tracks."

The Canadian record club was much more important to distribution in that country than the US record club was here. The Capital 6000 site suggests this was because Canada had a much lower population density and therefore large stretches that lacked record shops.

With a few oddball exceptions, the Canadian record club sold regular commercial copies.
