The combined stamped and etched matrix on my Jacksonville copy are:

Side 1: SMA (etched) S (stamped) X (etched) 1 2653 B18 (stamped) #2 (etched)

&

Side 2: SMA (etched) S 2-2653-B18 (stamped)

I believe that these should be early matrix as the label has "A Little Help..."

Would there have been earlier matrix numbers. For example would there have been a matrix series with an "A" near the end?

There are no copies known to exist in stereo from Jax with the corrected label. It could be true that they had a LOT of labels, and that it took a while for them to run out. I have Jax copies, so I can check.

But they didn't use A's and then B's.
A and B alternated.
So one might see A1, B2, A3, etc..

Oops! I stated "mono" in the header, but I meant "Stereo". Thanks for the information.

There is no NEMS on the cover. I conclude that "no Nems" on the cover in combination with the matrix numbers above indicate this to be a first pressing.

Correct?

Thank you

Right, but the first pressing lasted until 1968.

I have seen only A17's and B18's from Jacksonville until 1968.
After that, they switch to W's and X's, which means that the metal parts
were prepared somewhere else.

Your copy is a perfectly normal Jax copy.
