I have The Beatles' Greatest on the White & Red German Odeon label, SMO 83 991. I believe this is the first pressing as it has the Alle rim print. This one has the High-Hat intro to "All My Loving." If I may, I have a few questions: Was this title ever issued as a Tel-Dec pressing? Was there a different mix of "I Want To Hold Your Hand" on TBG? Among the many LP's advertised on both sides of the inner sleeve is, "Beatles For Sale". Would this be the correct date appropriate inner sleeve for the "The Beatles' Greatest"? |
