What was the very last issue date for the White Album Apple PCS-7067/68?
The one I'm asking about has a bar code on the reverse, 10 4173 3.
There is also what I believe to be a Cassette number, TCPCS 4501 and a CD number, CDS 7 46443 8 on the reverse.

Dish-shaped label ? In 2003 there were PCS pressings with "made in UK" and dish labels, which were actually pressed in Holland. These have a barcode. Also in 2012 there was a PCS pressing but that did not have a barcode.
Edit: dutch version indeed has 10 4173 3 (in a box).

As the album is sealed I cannot examine the contents. I suppose I'll have to wait to receive it to see what other clues are on the cover.

Post a picture of the back, so we can compare to known pressings. Also post a picture of the Apple logo on the sleeve if present...

Henry, I am not aware of any other either.
When were the black inners discontinued? Did the black and white coexist? When did they start using the EMI inner bag?

At the lower portion of back cover is a full Apple pictured with the word Apple printed below it.
Below that are printed the words, "Beatles" "Apple" and the Apple logos are trademarks of Apple Corps. Ltd.

Could be the 2003 Dutch pressing. Are the labels dish-shaped and bright green ? Does the sleeve have some random coloured spots ?

I am leaning toward it being a 1996 U.K. pressing but I can't say for sure as it is sealed.

Completely White.
I have received the sealed album and after examining it more carefully I've found it to be a 1996 U.K. Apple issue with raised letters on the front and no numbers printed below.
