Xp Tax Code On White Album

i've come across a top loading stereo WA with XP embossed on side 2. i've read the previous thread from way back but it's kinda vague.has anyone came up with the reasoning for this TC? is it simply a printing error? does it add anything to the value of the record?

yes it will add something, not sure we came up with a reason, did somebody once suggest a Millitary base store connection ??

it's not often you guys are stumped i have to say. there does'nt seem to be too many of these XP's going around by the sounds of it.

nope i have one but they also probably go under the radar it is something easily missed...

The XP tax code came right before tax code 7, and a couple of codes after tax code ME.
