Of the three Capitol record plants that pressed the Green label variation, which is the most desirable to a collector? If any.

None of the plants, per se. Labels from the Jacksonville plant tend to have a different typeface than labels associated with Winchester or LA, but these are only interesting to a collector of label variations.
