I think the only possibility is that the man who manufactures have taken the wrong Stamper. But where and when.

If this is Finnish, it must be a test pressing for the yellow/black Parlophone pressing, because the Finnish one box pressing has handwritten matrix numbers. Could you post a picture of the label ? A Finnish pressing is easily identified by the small inner label ring.
Would be interesting if this is from Finland, because it would date the yellow black release to after 1970..
