nope that would have almost certainly been a mistake....either that or it was a stereo, that's happened before, i once bought a 606-1 from a record fair that turned out to be a stereo disc in a mono sleeve, did not see that coming lol !! |

I've seen that one for about £100. I messaged the seller explaining that it couldn't be one but he didn't reply or alter the listing. If he replied to you he must be just trying it on |

yes you can actually see the 606-2 in the picture so he's either screwed up or using stock pics |

Yep that's the one...I didn't actually email the guy...I guess I overstated it by saying he "insisted"...I just meant that the listing boldly declares it...I didn't look close enough to see the -2 but it's clearly there! Wow, you messaged the guy and he didn't respond OR change the listing? He must be fishing for a sucker but it's just gonna come back and bite him unless he finds a real chump. |

I DID e-mail the seller. He replied, "Side one is xex-605-2 side two xex-606-2 sorry about the late reply we have been working late." |

I have MONO XEX 605-2, XEX 606-1. Mothers, Stampers 1G / 1M. I wonder how rare it? Condition is, unfortunately, VG (or VG +) |

A 1G 606-1 would get some interest. You get about £90 for it with normal stampers and may even get £150 with a 1G. |

from dropping back i have noticed that prices for these are on the up again, play is important for a 606-1, if it plays through ok that also helps ! |

So which one is the harder to find? Mono remix 11 or the stereo Dr Robert? Which is the more valuable one? Many collectors seem to have heard about remix 11, that doesn't seem to be the case with respect to the rarity of the stereo Dr Robert. |

The Dr Robert Stereo is harder to find but the remix 11 still gets more money. They are doing very well at the moment and I am not sure why. There may be a bigger global attraction as most of the recent ones I have sold have been sold to Japan. I would say you could get a remix 11 two years ago for £70 in VG+ condition but now you would have to pay £100. You could get a Dr Robert for £70 now at auction. It may be a case of its rarity not being fully known at the moment same as the E J Day stereo sleeve. |

yes stereo's dr's are harder to find than 606-1's but stereo e j day sleeves are rarer than either......by a long long way and you are right about the pricing, 606-1's are back on the up and stereo dr's back on the way down again..... |
